Anchorage-based nonprofit sues U.S. Navy for canceling $5 million grant

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – An Anchorage-based nonprofit has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Navy for suddenly canceling a $5 million federal grant that funded Alaska’s ARCTIC program.
