Cooper Landing — A 29-year-old Anchorage man was arrested Friday night after Alaska State Troopers received multiple calls reporting dangerous and bizarre behavior on the Sterling Highway.
According to a dispatch from the Alaska State Troopers, the first reports came in at approximately 8:13 p.m. on July 18. Callers described an adult male running into traffic near mile 46 of the highway, hitting cars, and undressing in a nearby pullout.
