The new school year is almost here—and in Anchorage, thousands turned out for a major back-to-school event over the weekend.
Saturday marked the 11th annual Clothesline Project at Clark Middle School, where more than 2,000 people came out. Families received free clothes, shoes, and toiletries—all part of an effort to make the transition back to school a little easier.
