No injuries after trooper-owned plane makes emergency landing on Wasilla roadway

WASILLA, Alaska (KTUU) – A small plane owned by the state made an emergency landing on a major road Thursday morning in Wasilla.

The Piper Super Cub plane was captured on video landing on East Seldon Road, just east of Wasilla-Fishhook Road.

A National Transportation Safety Board investigator told Alaska’s News Source that the aircraft is a “state trooper plane,” and there was no damage or injuries. They also said the agency will not be investigating…
