ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Alaska State Troopers (AST) fatally shot a man Friday after he barricaded himself inside a bathroom during an attempted arrest in Wasilla, authorities said.
Troopers responded to a property near the intersection of West Hollywood Road and South Sylvan Lane just after 1 p.m. to arrest the man on an outstanding parole warrant, according to AST.
The man reportedly fled on foot and locked himself inside a motorhome’s bathroom on a nearby property. Troopers said he refused to exit despite commands to do so…
