There is a massive traffic backlog heading north on the Glenn Highway near the Fort Richardson exit. There are no disruptions on the South bound lanes. It’s unknown what has happened, but multiple people report sitting in traffic along with a police presence. “APD responded to an incident at that location and updates will be posted on the website. At this time it is an active scene and an update will be available during normal business hours.
