This week’s Athlete of the Week is Katahdin Staples from Bettye Davis East Anchorage High School.
Katahdin is a junior who competes in cross country and track and field. He’s known for his dedication and passion for the sport, which has helped him achieve remarkable improvements. Among his accomplishments, Katahdin won the 2024 Cross Country State Division One Championship.
