Anchorage man indicted in deadly gas station shooting

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – An Anchorage grand jury indicted 36-year-old Joshua Gibbs for murder in Oct. 15’s Circle K shooting Tuesday, according to a press release from the Alaska Department of Law.

Gibbs has been charged with one count of first- and second-degree murder, third-degree misconduct involving weapons, and third-degree assault.

If convicted, Gibbs faces up to 109 years for all the charges…
