FBI captures man accused of conspiring to distribute drugs in Anchorage

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Kenneth Degroff III, the man accused by the FBI of conspiring to distribute drugs as part of a criminal enterprise operating in Anchorage, has been captured, according to the FBI.

The FBI states Degroff was located and apprehended in Alaska. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Degroff on Aug. 21 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska.

Degroff is accused by the FBI Anchorage Field Office of being involved with a large-scale drug distribution conspiracy involving fentanyl, methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine from 2024 to 2025.
