ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Stephanie Hamburg and Timothy Hulsey were convicted of criminally negligent homicide for the death of a two-year-old on Friday, according to the Alaska Department of Law.
The conviction stems from 2016 to 2017, when the two fed Hamburg’s daughter, Gabriella Marlow, a primarily whole milk diet, the Department of Law claims. The autopsy report found that the cause of death was congestive heart failure caused by malnutrition.
A sentencing date of April 17 has been set for both defendants. They each face a sentence of 2–4 years…
