It was an emotional night in Spenard as the final open mic at Rage City Vintage took place Monday evening.
For years, the boutique shop has been home to the Spenard Song Circle’s all-ages open mic nights — a place where local artists could gather, perform, and connect. But with Rage City Vintage set to close its doors due to financial challenges, this week marked the end of an era.
“Everyone did such a great job. It was like truly a full-on showcase of so much talent,” said Emma Hill with Spenard Song Circle. “So I’m leaving here tonight a little bittersweet and a little emotional, but the heart is so full of gratitude.”…
