ANCHORAGE, AK (Alaska’s News Source) – Clear and cold weather conditions persist across much of Alaska Wednesday. It went below zero in Anchorage in some parts of the city. Normally temperatures would top out near 26 degrees this time of year. Wednesday’s high was 11 degrees in Anchorage. Temperatures will stay cold and even drop into next week.
The mainland is under the influence of high pressure with frigid winter air dominating.
