Tips on staying healthy during the holidays

FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTUU/KTVF) – From gatherings to travel and just cold weather, the holidays can be a time of joy but also a time of stress, depression and excess.

As the fall semester ends and the fourth quarter of the business year comes to a close, life can get busy. Add on top of that cold weather and social obligations, personal health may fall to the wayside.
