Anchorage hit-and-run leaves woman fighting for life, police looking for driver

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A woman suffered what police believe are life-threatening injuries Monday evening after she was struck by a vehicle that then fled the scene in Anchorage’s Mountain View neighborhood, according to the Anchorage Police Department.

APD officers were dispatched at approximately 6:17 p.m. to the area of Bragaw Street and Mountain View Drive for reports of a vehicle-versus-pedestrian collision.
