New housing for seniors is coming to Anchorage. The Cook Inlet Housing Authority is planning a multi-phase senior housing campus near DeBarr Road and the Airport Heights area.
Phase one includes a three-story building with 24 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. The mixed-income development will feature both income-based and market-rate units, along with shared community spaces.
