King Salmon, Alaska – A light glaze of ice is coating roads across Bristol Bay and the northern Alaska Peninsula tonight, creating slick travel conditions before temperatures drop and snow takes over by early Tuesday morning.
According to the National Weather Service in Anchorage, a Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 3 a.m. Tuesday for the Bristol Bay Borough, including Naknek and King Salmon, as well as Lake Iliamna, Nondalton, Kokhanok, Port Alsworth, Egegik and Pilot Point.
