ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – It may have been a well-kept secret at one time, but it isn’t any more.
The University of Alaska Anchorage’s fine dining restaurant, Lucy’s, has definitely been discovered. The restaurant, located in Cuddy Hall, is only open for several weeks in the spring and fall. Reservations for this spring have already sold out.
“The day we turn it on they usually fill up within 10 or 15 minutes,” said Chef Noah Miller, head of the university’s Culinary Arts department. “We are only open three days a week for lunch, so we don’t have a ton of reservations to begin with, so they sell out very, very quickly.”…
