Anchorage residents warned about increasing moose encounters

Wildlife officials are reminding Anchorage residents that moose encounters remain a serious safety concern as winter conditions continue.

The Alaska Department of Fish and Game says it has received multiple reports of moose showing aggressive behavior, including charging people, as animals continue to deal with deep snow and winter stress.
