Forecasters are warning of extremely dangerous avalanche conditions across Southcentral Alaska as a powerful storm system moves through the region.
The Chugach National Forest Avalanche Center issued an avalanche warning Friday, saying an intense atmospheric river is bringing heavy snowfall, rain, and extreme winds to the area.
