ANN ARBOR, MI — It’s been a decade since Ann Arbor approved a Troy-based developer’s plan for a 73-home subdivision called South Pond Village behind the Arborland shopping mall.
After roughly 10 years of inactivity, a Bloomfield Hills-based developer is taking over the project and plans to break ground soon on what’s now dubbed The Savanna at South Pond.
