MONROE — Monroe County Sheriff Troy Goodnough (Good-nuff) has been elected to the 21-member Board of Directors of the National Sheriffs’ Association.
He will serve during the organization’s summer conference June 10th in Omaha, Nebraska.
Goodnough becomes just the third Michigan sheriff elected as a voting member of the board, joining St. Clair County Sheriff Ferris Lucas, who served in the 1940s, and former Lenawee County Sheriff Richard Germond, who served in the 1980s…
