NORTHFIELD TWP., MI — A developer won approval to move forward with new apartments at an existing development in Northfield Township near Whitmore Lake, north of Ann Arbor.
The township Board of Trustees voted 5-1 earlier this month to allow an amendment to a planned-unit development for Chestnut Hills, which will allow for the addition of 106 apartments.
