‘Ag in the front, eco party in the back.’ Ann Arbor protecting another 80-plus acres

ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor is using its greenbelt millage dollars to help protect another 80-plus acres of farmland and natural areas outside the city.

City Council voted June 15 to put $173,400 toward the purchase of a conservation easement on the 42.6-acre Dimo property on Riker Road in Dexter Township and $50,400 for another for the 40-acre Kempf property on Nollar Road in Northfield Township.
