WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – Voters in half a dozen school districts across Washtenaw County will be asked to sign off on a list of tax proposals later this summer ― both to support building needs and general school operations.
According to the county clerk’s office, there are millage renewals and proposals on the Aug. 4 primary election ballot for Ann Arbor Public Schools, Chelsea School District, Saline Area Schools and Whitmore Lake Public Schools.
Some local voters who live in districts based outside the county ― namely, Pinckney Community Schools and Northville Public Schools ― will also see millage requests. Outside of K-12 districts, Washtenaw Community College additionally has an operating millage up for renewal this summer…
