ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor officials are proposing a temporary moratorium on new short-term rental units in the city to study their impacts and consider changing regulations.
A proposed resolution on City Council’s agenda Monday, July 20, would direct the city attorney’s office to bring forward an ordinance to impose a six-month moratorium on issuing new short-term rental licenses in the city.
