An Ypsilanti man has been charged in connection with the assault of a Romulus woman that led to a standoff with police.
Kevin Tylor Clark, 32, has been charged with resisting and obstructing police and domestic violence, according to a release from Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy.
Romulus police received a 911 hangup call regarding a domestic violence incident on Thursday afternoon, July 14.
