Ypsilanti man who claims he was targeted by prosecutor sentenced to probation, 4 days in jail

WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI — An Ypsilanti man who claimed he was unfairly targeted by the Washtenaw County justice system has been sentenced to probation. Shihab Jackson, 34, was sentenced to 18 months of probation and four days in jail on Tuesday, Jan. 16, in a hearing before Washtenaw County Trial Court Judge Carol Kuhnke, according to court records. Jackson will receive credit for the four days of jail time he has already served.
