LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mich. (WJRT) – Drivers from Fenton and Grand Blanc were injured in a chain reaction crash on U.S. 23 overnight that claimed the life of a Howell man. Michigan State Police say a 33-year-old woman was driving north on U.S. 23 near Clyde Road in Livingston County’s Hartland Township when her vehicle became disabled and she pulled onto the shoulder around 1:25 a.m. Wednesday.
