ANN ARBOR, MI – Three areas containing dozens of properties along Plymouth Road in Ann Arbor are now rezoned for high-density, downtown-style development. City Council voted 9-0 Monday night, Jan. 22, to approve a long-discussed TC1 zoning plan, aiming to transform the transit corridor in the northeast part of the city.
