WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – For more than 20 years, the utility bills Lincoln Consolidated Schools paid weren’t accurate, claims a lawsuit from its home township. The school district south of Ypsilanti now faces legal action from Augusta Township, which alleges in a lawsuit the district was underbilled for water and sewer services by more than $380,000.
