WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI — A man charged in a fatal stabbing that resulted in a multi-hour standoff has been deemed competent, according to court records. Ronnie Magbray, 27, was found competent to stand trial during a Jan. 26 hearing before 14B District Court Judge Erane Washington, according to court records.
