CHELSEA, MI – Chelsea is no stranger to food trucks, but soon they could be officially permitted and regulated by the city. Chelsea City Council unanimously gave preliminary approval to a new set rules governing mobile food establishments on Monday, Feb. 5, capping months of discussion by the city’s planning commission.
