CANTON TWP. – A developer is proposing 280 new apartments on vacant land located on the east side of Lotz Road between Ford and Cherry Hill roads. Dubbed Springs at Willow Creek, a proposal for the 40-acre parcel includes 14 two-story townhome buildings with 20 apartment in each, a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, six detached garage buildings, a mail building, maintenance building, two pet parks and a playground.
