Dan Reese , current President of Milkshake Factory , has signed the lease for a 2,472-square-foot space in Ann Arbor at 300 S Maple Rd . The new milkshake shop is anticipated to open around in the summer of 2024 . Reese posted on LinkedIn: “I just signed a lease to bring MilkShake Factory to my hometown of Ann Arbor, MI! Thus making me a Franchisee of the company I run.”
Named #2 Top Emerging Franchise Brand of 2023 by The Wolf of Franchises, Pitssburg-based Milkshake Factory was founded by a 4th generation chocolatier and spent over a decade perfecting its craft in making the perfect milkshake. The brand uses premium ice cream, whose recipe is designed to be blended into milkshakes. The menu also carries various sundaes and chocolates.
