WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – A man charged with fracturing another man’s skull during a parking lot altercation last year has pleaded no contest. Ryan Keith Osborn, 37, pleaded no contest to assault with intent to do bodily harm less than murder during a hearing on Feb. 5 before Washtenaw County Trial Court Judge Arianne Slay. His charge of assault with intent to murder will be dismissed at sentencing.
