North Posey graduate starts college career off right

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – A North Posey softball graduate started her college career about as good as one could hope.

Erin Hoehn picked up career save number one for the University of Michigan against Illinois State in the opening game of the annual USF-Rawlings tournament with a 1-2-3 outing in the bottom of the 7th with two flyouts and a groundout. She only needed 14 pitches to get it done.

Hoehn led the Vikings to the 2023 IHSAA Class 2A State Championship when she struck out a record 15 batters before hitting a walk-off home run to cap off a perfect 29-0 season.
