Man charged with second-degree murder in fatal drunken driving crash

WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – A man is charged with second-degree murder for allegedly driving drunk and hitting and killing a 68-year-old Ypsilanti man in Ypsilanti Township. Darrius Williams, 26, of Ypsilanti is also accused of operating while intoxicated causing death, operating with a suspended or revoked license causing death and reckless driving causing death. He faces up to life in prison.
