Up to 5 unsupervised teens may have been in hotel room where Michigan boy, 15, was shot

SOUTHFIELD, MI – A 15-year-old boy is in grave condition after he was shot while unsupervised in a hotel room with other teens, police said. Southfield Police officers responded around 8:42 a.m. Sunday to the Westin Hotel. Upon arrival, they found the victim, a 15-year-old from Ferndale, suffering from a gunshot wound, WXYZ Detroit reports. He was transported to a local hospital.
