Michigan will have another quarterback at its disposal this fall. Jack Tuttle, the team’s backup last year behind Big Ten quarterback of the year J.J. McCarthy, has been granted a waiver by the NCAA and cleared to play in 2024, team spokesman Dave Ablauf told MLive over the weekend.
