Man to go to trial for allegedly slashing another man’s throat in downtown Ann Arbor

WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – A man previously convicted for brandishing a knife will head to trial for allegedly slashing a man in the neck in downtown Ann Arbor. Kimani Angelo Hamilton, 29, waived his right to a preliminary examination in a Tuesday, June 25 hearing before 14A-2 District Court Judge Karl Barr, sending the case to Washtenaw County Trial Court.
