WAHTENAW COUNTY, MI – Scio Township’s manager has resigned one year after she assumed the position, officials announced late last week. Joyce Parker resigned due to “increased personal responsibilities,” according to a June 20 statement from the township. Parker did not immediately respond to requests for further comment.
