Michigan men charged for allegedly defrauding Amazon of more than $50,000

DETROIT, Mich. – Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced that two Detroit-area men have been charged with allegedly defrauding Amazon of more than $50,000. Ali F. Habash, 28, of Canton, was arraigned on six counts of false pretenses, $1,000 or more, but less than $20,000, one count of uttering and publishing, one count of forgery and one count of continuing a criminal enterprise, a 20-year felony, according to a release.
