ANN ARBOR, MI – A cat was rescued from a house fire Saturday in Ann Arbor after a stove was unintentionally turned on and ignited items on the stove top. Fire crews were called to the home in the 2900 block of Lakeview Drive at 4:42 p.m. Aug. 3,, according to the Ann Arbor Fire Department, adding that arriving crews found an active fire in the kitchen.
