HOWELL, Mich. (WILX) – One person was arrested after allegedly damaging police cars in Howell. Howell police said on Saturday at 2:25 p.m., people called 911 saying that a man was using an axe to smash police car windows in the parking lot of the department. Police officers responded to the calls. When they arrived, the man already left the scene.
