Michigan man wasn’t going to play lottery, passed by store, won $390,000

HARTLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A Michigan man said he wasn’t going to play the lottery one day, but he passed by the store and decided to buy a ticket. He won $390,000. “I wasn’t going to play Lucky for Life that day, but I was driving by the store on my way home and decided at the last minute to stop and buy a ticket,” Matthew Russell said.
