Blighted and deteriorating Ann Arbor buildings to be demolished for $1.4M

ANN ARBOR, MI – Several city-owned buildings in Ann Arbor are slated for demolition. That includes deteriorating structures that city officials have talked about wanting to tear down for many years at 415 W. Washington St. and 721 N. Main St., as well as a 1960s picnic shelter at Veterans Memorial Park and the Farmers Market office building, which the city found has structural problems.
