SOUTH LYON – Little boys need specific things to grow: sleep, food … and a healthy liver. Blake Hermann, 2, now has all those things, thanks to a stranger. Blake underwent a successful liver transplant recently and the toddler went home this past week; he’s now happily playing with his trucks and on the road to recovery.
