ANN ARBOR, MI – Visitors to Nichols Arboretum in Ann Arbor may notice some new trees next time they visit and one in particular holds special importance. An eastern white pine was chosen to be Ann Arbor’s official bicentennial tree for a planting ceremony at the Arb on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 4.
