Man heads to trial for slashing woman on Ann Arbor bus

WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – A man who used a knife to slash another passenger on an Ann Arbor bus will head to trial. Noah Matthew Williams, 22, waived his right to a preliminary examination in an Aug. 20 hearing before 15th District Court Judge Karen Valvo, sending him to Washtenaw County Trial Court on charges of assault with intent to murder and assault less than murder. He also is accused of assault and assault with a dangerous weapon in a separate case.
