ANN ARBOR, MI – Over 100 acres along Washtenaw Avenue and East Stadium Boulevard in Ann Arbor are now rezoned for high-density, downtown-style development. City Council voted unanimously Sept. 3 to apply TC1 transit-corridor zoning to 59 properties along the busy corridor, the main travel route between Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti.
